How does it work?
After you pay the one time fee, you will instantly receive a Discord link that will give you access to download the software. Our Discord community also includes tutorial videos, settings, and a chat section with our community so you can ask questions if you need any help. We also have dedicated support that you can DM to help you with setup if you are having trouble with the tutorials.
Does it work on a Mac or a PC?
Both! Although MT4 runs on Windows, we provide directions with running it on a VPS that you can control and direct straight from your Mac. You will not need to install anything on your Mac. After initial set up, you can also control it from your iPhone or Android.
How many accounts can I run it on?
You are able to use it on multiple accounts of your own, whether it's demo, live, or prop firm. The software is locked to 1 VPS/PC to prevent sharing the software, but you can use it on multiple accounts of your own. You can only purchase our software as an individual and for personal use. The software is intended for use by a single user only, specifically the purchaser.
What kind of file do I receive and what program does it run on?
You will be able to download an EX5 EA file that is ran on MetaTrader 5 (MT5). If you would like to use it on MT4, or any other platform, you can use a trade copier. We explain step-by-step what to do with the file and how to use the platforms.
Is trading experience required to use the software?
Although trading experience is helpful with your use to the software, it is not required and we include instructions, tutorial videos, and a support team inside the Discord.
Do you offer trading services?
No. We do not offer trading services, account management, trading advice, nor financial advice. We will never ask for your login info or trading account information. You have full control of your own money. You are responsible for maintaining your own trading accounts.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our product, we have a very strict NO REFUND policy, as clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions Policy. It is mandatory for customers to carefully review and agree to this policy before making a purchase. Customers should understand the risks involved in trading and be fully informed about the nature of our product. We strive to provide as much assistance and communication as possible to help our clients succeed with our software. Our software is protected by copyright laws under intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized distribution or sharing of our software is strictly prohibited. Can we share the software?
No, sharing the software with non-paying users is strictly prohibited according to our Terms and Conditions. Any such action will result in an immediate ban and license key deactivation, rendering the software unusable for you. This violation is closely monitored, and IP addresses will be tracked. The software is intended for use by a single user only, specifically the purchaser. This extends to managing accounts, as the bot should be linked to accounts under your own name. Routine license key audits are conducted, allowing us to identify all associated accounts. We reserve the right to deny access to ALL parties involved in the unauthorized sharing. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Do you have resellers?
NO, there are no resellers of White Hat FX. If anyone claims they are selling our software, it is a scam and they will not provide you with any updates, support, discord access, etc. All purchases can only be made through our Instagram handle: @whitehatfx
